Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or attempting to exploit the system — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
Every bet placed on bdjoy is processed in accordance with the platform's rules. Sufficient balance must be available before a bet is accepted. bdjoy reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
Bet outcomes are determined based on official results. If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet is typically voided and the stake refunded. For live betting, bets may be voided due to delays or technical issues.
A maximum win limit applies to each betting event. For wins exceeding the specified limit, BDJoy may initiate a verification process. Separate limits apply for Sports and Casino.
If match-fixing or result manipulation is confirmed or suspected in connection with any match or event, bdjoy reserves the right to void all related bets. Participation in match-fixing or any other illegal activity will result in account termination.
The following activities are strictly prohibited under BDJoy's Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
Bdjoy may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including rule violations, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other valid grounds. If an account is closed, you will be notified by email and will have 30 days to submit an appeal.
You can close your account at any time by emailing our support team or submitting a request via live chat. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are processed before closing your account.
An account will be marked inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more. A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed automatically.
